Easy Tasty Breakfast Parfait

Nutritious, delicious, quick and  convenient. It is truly a breakfast with the best of all worlds. Enjoy this tasty parfait as a breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients Serves 1 

  • 1/3 Cup Yogurt (original or vanilla)
  • 1 Fibre one delights crumble bare (either strawberry or blueberry)
  • fresh fruit topping if desired

Instructions

  1. Cut the delights into small bite sized pieces
  2. Layer these pieces with the yogurt
  3. Top with fresh fruit

Easier than pie! A quick delicious breakfast that you can enjoy at home or on the go, but that is still healthy and packed with fibre.
