Deciding where to go this Winter while vacationing in Florida?

I grew up in Florida all my life and know a little bit about the Sunshine State to say the least. I will give all the Torontians some tid bits on places to go and things to see while on vacation. I know that you are excited to get out of the cold and you’re excited to be in the sun. However, I have been here for 2 weeks and  it can get too hot, it rains alot, and you may need  a break from the sun and want to be indoors at the Mall or indoor play gym. Also, if your baby is crawling like mine they may eat the sand at the beach. If anyone has any solutions to stop their baby from eating the sand please pass it along…haha
