The well known Clif Bar and Company has finally made a delicious bar for kids! They taste great, come in three flavours that kids are sure to love: Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Brownie, and Iced Oatmeal Cookie.
Our real life kid testers thought that the Chocolate brownie was delicious! The 18 month old tester actually stole the rest of the 5 year old’s bar because she loved it so much! The chocolate chip was also well received by the kids, and deemed delicious. The only flavour the kids did not love was the Iced Oatmeal cookie. The two testers did not finish the bar so we decided to test it ourselves to find out why. The bar was a little dense, but I personally enjoyed it and finished the bar. It is still a good option for kids who don’t like chocolate, but we would recommend the chocolate brownie flavour for first time purchasers since it was so well recieved by the kid testers, and after all they are the ones who will be eating the bars!
The bars are 100% organic, and don’t contain any partially-hydrogenated oils, highfructose corn syrup, synthetic preservatives or artificial flavours. Each bar is a soft baked, whole grain snack that is made with a nutritious blend of carbohydrates, protein, fat and fibre that provide energy to your growing child.
