Peking Dreams

The National Circus and Acrobats of the People’s Republic of China, one of the longest running circus troupes in China, will be performing Peking Dreams this Wednesday. Check out the centre’s website to see some of the beautiful visuals and acrobatics from a previous performance.

Jack and the Beanstalk

This show is a great retelling of the classic fairy tale. Jack wants to get a donation for his mother’s charity, so he climbs up the vines of the giant Beanstalk Co. building to meet the CEO.

Sleeping Beauty on Ice

Sleeping Beauty on Ice is a combination of figure skating and ballet. You and your kids can watch as the performs skate/dance in time with Tchaikovsky’s beautiful music.

Enviroranger

Do you have a child between the ages of 11-14 who loves animals? Has your child always wondered what it would be like to be a zookeeper or a veterinarian? This great program at the Toronto zoo allows your child to learn more about how staff members take care of the animals. In this last enviroranger session, kids will be taught by the zoo veterinarians!

This is a great opportunity for your kids to learn about all things Swedish! Head out to the festival to sample food, make crafts, or shop. Make sure to check out the cafe, the Pippi Longstocking movie marathon, the Lucia Pageant, and the ABBA-a-thon.

Christmas Cookie Decorating at Montgomery Inn

This would be a fun class to take with your children! It is for kids ages 6 to 12 and their parents. Professional baker Monika Paradi will teach you how to make and decorate a number of Christmas cookies.

Raffi Concert
