Extreme Bean Fiesta Bean Salad

Enjoy an easy and delicious summer salad, made possible with the unique Hot & Spicy flavour of The Extreme Bean!
The Extreme Bean Hot & Spicy, Black Beans, Kidney
Beans, Corn Kernels, Red Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Heirloom Tomates,
Olive Oil, Extreme Bean Brine, Lime Juice, Avocado, Cilantro

  1. In a mixing bowl add rinsed black beans and kidney beans
  2. Cook the corn and slice off kernels and add to mixing bowl
  3. Chop bell peppers and heirloom tomatoes, extreme beans & add to mixing bowl
  4. Finely chop red onion and cilantro and add to mixing bowl
  5. Add olive oil , A few splashes of Extreme Bean brine a pinch of sea salt and lime juice to mixing bowl
  6. Mix all ingredients together and let chill
  7. After chilling bowl chop avocados and add to mix
  8. Add cilantro as garnish if needed
Serve in a big bowl for easy sharing!
